I have been seeing Dr. Patel for years now. In fact, I moved and choose to drive over an hour to see him because he is the best at what he does. My most recent visit was absolutely wonderful, as it always is, because his staff is attentive and kind but his new location is also awesome. No parking issues anymore with an huge parking garage and the office is beautiful and elegant.

This place is good. I’ve gotten 2 sessions of microneedling+PRP and I think it’s working. All the staff members are very nice. Dr. Patel doesn’t dilly dally, he gets the job done and leaves. Jimena is there and makes it feel calm and relaxing after an intense skin treatment. I can appreciate that. And the rest of the staff are very sweet and accommodating. I’ll be coming back for my 3rd treatment soon.

This office is AMAZING. They’re very flexible and understanding, very streamlined and thorough once you arrive to the appointment. The front desk staff, medical assistant, and Dr. Patel himself are extremely pleasant. Dr. Patel met me for the first time and we went over my long term goals (I came for Dysport and acne), he referred me to a dermatologist and their office was able to get me an expedited appointment. He let me know that I could use filler in certain areas but that we would just start with Dysport. He was not pushy at all and very honest/transparent. 1 day later after the Dysport, the office reached out to ask how I was doing. Dr. Patel himself responded to me in the messaging app they use. It’s only been 1 visit but so far I am blown away by this practice and look forward to more visits and reaching my skin goals with their help!

Dr. Patel and his team are the absolute best! The team at MSV are gentle, kind, and understanding. MSV promotes a simple and conservative approach to aesthetics, which is exactly what some of us want. When you enter, you take a few photos to track your skin's progress and help Dr. Patel visualize what you want/need. The team will then talk to you about your desires, and Dr. Patel comes up with a 'game plan' to help you achieve the look you want. Sometimes his recommendations are different than what you may have suspected.... But, you should 100% trust him! Dr. Patel is not only an MD, he is also an artist; thus he knows exactly how to achieve the look you desire. You will not be disappointed! Skin/aesthetic care is always nerve-racking, but the team at MSV makes you feel comfortable along the way. They walk you through the process, involve you in the skincare decisions, and they maintain a friendly and welcoming environment! (David, Christian, and the front desk are so great!)! Dr. Patel takes pride in his work, and it shows! You will love the way you look, and you will feel comfortable throughout the process thanks to the caring team at MSV!

Status: second appointment! I fly into town to see Dr Patel and he has made every trip count. My goal as a 55 y/o physician, optimize my look by working with my structure. He has gone beyond my expectations. I look rested and fresh. Rare to find someone who will take as much time as his does analyzing your own anatomy and enhancing it. His bedside manners are impeccable and his staff follows his lead.

I have been a patient for 4 years and travel over 300 miles to see him. Dr. Patel is not only a skilled physician with a wonderful bedside manner, but an artist. Makes you look natural and refreshed, not fake! You will not be disappointed with the results!

Everyone was so nice and helpful, the staff were so friendly like they knew you from years , the doctor is very knowledgeable and provides you with the best plan based on your desires but also what works best for your skin .

I am delighted to see the new location where Dr. Patel has moved his practice. South Miami is closed to both my home and my business and the office is beautiful and bright. Dr. Patel is well staffed with a very nice and dynamic team. Always professional and caring Dr. Patel is a magnificent Doctor who has earned my trust and I feel that every time I am with him... I have visited Dr Patel for several years because he has done an excellent job to my skin. Dr Patel is an articulate communicator that has always explained to me very well my options based on my skin condition and what I’m looking for to improve. Trust me when I say that there is a reason why Miami Skin & Vein has a 5-star rating. After having a less-than-optimal lip filler experience this summer, I wanted to start over from scratch with a new injector. I was able to get a next-day appointment with Dr.Patel to get my existing filler dissolved. Dr.Patel listened to all my concerns and gave his professional opinion on the matter. I never once felt rushed or like my concerns were trivial or unimportant - his bedside manner is top tier and he is the embodiment of professionalism. The office staff at Miami Skin & Vein were also so kind and helpful! Everyone was warm, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I had - definitely the dream team! Special thank you to the MA in the room, who I have already forgotten her name because I have the memory of a walnut, she was hilarious and she helped ease my anxiety so much! Another thing I really respect and appreciate is their price transparency, and I feel like it’s something worth noting. Prices are listed on their website so you’ll know what to expect. They also reviewed costs with me before any procedure was performed, there were no surprises. The prices reviewed with me before the procedure, were exactly as advertised online. So lucky I found this place, and I am so excited to continue as a patient at this practice!
