Services And Pricing
Please note that many of our services require follow-up maintenance treatments in order to consistently achieve the most effective results. The longevity of the results from any treatment varies by patient. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
A cosmetic evaluation with Dr. Patel has a fee of $200. This can be credited towards a treatment within 30 days of the initial consultation.

- BOTOX® Cosmetic  $18.00 per unit. On average, 40-50 units of BOTOX® are used to treat the entire upper face (frown lines, horizontal forehead lines, crow's feet, eyebrow raise).
- Dysport®  $6.00 per unit. On average, 120-150 units of Dysport are used to treat the entire upper face (frown lines, horizontal forehead lines, crow's feet, eyebrow raise).
- Sculptra® $1,000 per vial.
- Restylane® $950 per syringe.
- Restylane® Contour™ $950 per syringe.
- Restylane® Defyne™ $950 per syringe.
- Restylane® Refyne™ $950 per syringe.
